Journalism is where much of my work begins: in the practice of paying close attention and reporting back honestly. I cover the people, places, and questions that don't always make the front page — the slow stories that reward patience.
My approach is interview-led. I would rather spend an afternoon listening than an hour summarising, and I try to let the people I write about recognise themselves in the final piece. The work spans field reporting, profiles, and longer investigative features.
What you'll find here once it's populated: published articles, audio from interviews, and photo essays from assignments. Use the media sections on this page to add clippings, recordings, and images whenever you like.
